Background: 

      Human Prostate Microvascular Endothelial Cells，These Antibody-free Human Primary Cells Were Initiated By Elutriation Of Dispase-dissociated Normal Prostate Tissue Without The Use Of Positive Selection Of Antibodies.

  The Human Prostate Microvascular Endothelial Cells Were Isolated And Purified From Normal Prostate Tissues By The Dispase Dissociated Technique; No Positive Antibody Was Used For Screening, And The Cells Had No Resistance.
