Background: 

    Human Retinal Pericyte Cells，These Antibody-free Human Primary Cells Were Initiated By Centrifugal Elutriation Following Dispersal Of Normal Retinal Tissue With Collagenase And Dispase Without The Use Of Positive Selection Of Antibodies.  Human Periretinal Cells Were Extracted From Normal Retinal Tissue, Purified By Enzyme Digestion, Without Any Positive Antibody Screening, And The Cells Were Non Resistant.
