GC-1spg Mouse Spermatogonia

The cell line was taken from male mice just 10 days old. Type B spermatogonia were transfected with pSV3-neo (a plasmid containing SV40 large T antigen and neomycin resistance coding sequence) and immortalized. GC-1 spg cells showed the characteristics of a stage between type B spermatogonia and primary spermatocytes. The cells expressed two kinds of testis-specific heteroproteins, cytochrome c and lactate dehydrogenase C4.

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
