HFOB 1.19 Human SV40 Transfected Osteoblasts

In the presence of 0.6 mg/ml neomycin G418, a temperature-sensitive expression vector pUCSVisA58 was used to transfect fetal limb tissue of spontaneous abortion, and this cell line was established. At the permitted temperature of 33.5oC, cells divide rapidly, while at the limited temperature of 39.5oC, cells rarely or do not divide. These cells have the ability to differentiate into mature osteoblasts that express the phenotype of osteoblasts. These cells provide a homogenized rapid proliferation model system for studying the differentiation of normal artificial osteoblasts, the physiology and hormones of osteoblasts, growth factors, and cytokines affecting the function and differentiation of osteoblasts.

90% DMEM/F12 (MD0600)+15% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+150mg/L L-glutamine (SD0007)+0.3mg/ml G418（SD0024）+G/A (SD0038)

Complete medium: DMEM/F12 complete medium (article number: MD0604)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 33.5 ℃

Cryopreservation: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
