B16F0 Mouse Melanoma Cell Line

B16-Fo is a mouse melanoma cell line. It can be routinely subcultured in vitro to produce high concentration of melanin. It can be used to study the expression of melanin gene in molecular biology. 

Morphology: epithelioid cells, adherent growth

Culture media and additives/Complete Growth Medium and Culture Conditions:

90% DMEM (MD0100)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)

DMEM complete medium (article number: MD0101)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
