OrgCult™-SCC（XF）Organoid Medium

OrgCult ™-SCC(XF) Oral cancer organ culture medium is a serum-free medium composed of 

recombinant proteins and small molecule compounds without heterologous animal proteins. 

The medium is supplemented with hormones such as vitamins, dexamethasone, Y27632 inhibitorsetc. to prevent cells from differentiating into other organoid forms. Recombinant proteins, B-27, 

KOSR, etc. are used instead of serum to maintain normal cell growth and organoid formation. 

By culturing on this medium for 7-10 days, organoids can be observed. Passage should be 

performed every 10-15 days for maintenance culture and expansion OrgCult ™-CSS(XF) The culture

 medium adopts a serum-free and animal derived component free formula, which can conveniently 

and flexibly construct oral cancer organoids required for experiments, improve the stability of 

experiments, and reduce the use of experimental animals.
