Products Description
Neutrophil culture medium (NCM) contains growth factors, hormones, vitamins, amino acids, etc. required for neutrophil expansion. Neutrophils differentiated from primary neutrophils and HL-60 and other cell lines Optimized for granulocyte culture, this medium is a low-serum formula with a serum content of 5%. It is suitable for the expansion and culture of neutrophils induced by mammalian cell lines.

Basic medium: 500ml (P3100), cell growth factor (NCGS) 5ml (P3102), fetal calf serum: 50ml (SD0200), G/A: 5ml (SD0038)
