PBMC cell isolation solution

PBMC cell separation solution adopts density gradient centrifugation method. According to the density difference of blood cells, the cells with a certain density are distributed according to the corresponding density gradient through centrifugation, so as to separate mononuclear cells from peripheral blood. The mononuclear cells can be obtained by absorbing the cells on the liquid surface of the separation solution and by washing centrifugation. PBMC cell isolation solution is a sterile, low endotoxin level density gradient isolation solution used to isolate peripheral blood mononuclear cells. The kit is suitable for the isolation of mononuclear cells from anticoagulant blood, and the mononuclear cells isolated under sterile conditions can be used for culture or frozen storage.
