OrgCult ™- Lung (XF) lung cancer organoid culture medium can induce human pluripotent stem cells (hPSC) to form human lung organoids, and can also maintain the differentiation and growth of primary epithelial stem cells in lung tissue towards organoids. Using hPSC cells takes approximately 50 days to produce human lung organoids, OrgCut ™- The Lung (XF) culture medium adopts a serum free and animal free component formula, which can conveniently and flexibly construct the lung like organs required for experiments, improve the stability of the experiment, and reduce the use of experimental animals.

OrgCut ™- Lung (XF) basic culture medium (product number: QD1200-b): 250ml
OrgCult ™ Lg Factor (product number: QD1201): 25ml
Sarcoma Matrix matrix adhesive (product number: SD0054): 1ml
Note:The QD1200-G and 100ml kits are supplied without matrix gel. 100ml bottles are prepared in whole bottles without kits.
