AGM Astrocyte Medium

Astrocyte culture medium is the most suitable medium for the growth of normal primary astrocytes specially designed for in vitro culture. The content of serum is 2%. This medium contains TGF, PDGF and other growth factors required for astrocyte growth, and adds hormones that inhibit the growth of nerve cells. It is suitable for the growth of most astrocytes. When extracting cells with this medium, it is recommended to increase the serum to 5% to obtain more cells, The culture medium is sterile, free of mycoplasma and endotoxin.

Basic astrocyte culture medium AGM (product No.: P2700) :485ml; Astrocyte growth factor AGF (product No.: P2702): 5ml; FBS/fetal bovine serum (article number: SD0200): 10ml; G/A (article number: SD0038): 5ml

Note: 100ml bottles are prepared in whole bottles without kits.
