MPC-5 cells, MPC5 cells, mouse renal foot cells

This is a cell line established by virus transfection of normal podocytes. The main difference between MPC5 and the primary podocytes is that the temperature limit of proliferation and differentiation is not as strict as that of the primary podocytes. That is, MPC5 will maintain the proliferation and differentiation phenomenon regardless of whether it is 33 ℃ or 37 ℃, but the degree of differentiation will vary under different temperatures.

90% DMEM (MD0100)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)

Complete medium: DMEM complete medium (article number: MD0101)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
