Main components:
The addition of lectin, basic medium and serum substitute to the basic medium can enable PBMC cells of various mammals to achieve in vitro culture and expansion, and maintain the potential of multi-directional differentiation. After the tests of sterility, mycoplasma and endotoxin, this culture kit is a serum-free kit, which is used with growth factors and has no animal blood source interference.

Basic medium: 500ml (P1900); Cell growth factor (PBMCGCS) 5ml; G/A：5ml(SD0038)
Note: 100ml bottle is prepared for the whole bottle without kit.
