Products Description
Insulin, transferrin, ethanolamine, macrophage colony stimulating factor (M-CSF), IL-6, granulocyte colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF), inorganic salts, vitamins, albumin and antioxidants are added to the basic culture medium to enable MDSCs to achieve in vitro culture and expansion, and maintain the differentiation potential of multidirectional granulocytes, DCs and macrophages. This product has been tested for sterility, mycoplasma and endotoxin.
Medium formula:
Basic medium: 500ml (P1700); Cell growth factor (MDGCS) 5ml(P1702); Fetal bovine serum: 25ml (SD0200); G/A：5ml(SD0038)
Note: 100ml is configured for the whole bottle.
