HMy2.CIR [C1R, HMy2.C1R] Human B lymphocyte

HMy2.CIR cell line is derived from HMy.2b lymphoblastic cell line, which is a fast-growing mutant of ARH-77 cell line (ATCC-CRL-1621) γ It was reported that the CRL-1621 cell line was positive for Epstein-Barr nuclear antigen (EBNA+) and Epstein-Barr virus capsid antigen (EBVCA+); Because HMy2.CIR cell line is derived from HMy.2b lymphoblastic cell line, a fast-growing mutant of ARH-77 cell line (ATCC-CRL-1621), which is considered to be EBNA positive, the cells do not express HLA-A or B site products, but express a small amount of HLA-Cw4.
