HUVEC-T1 human umbilical vein endothelial cells

HUVEC-T1 shows a typical cobble-like arrangement, which has been proved to be able to transmit to 40 generations in vitro. PUMC-HUVEC-T1 endothelial markers vWF, CD31, and CD34 were all positive, and could bind lectin. Under the electron microscope, tight junction and W-P body could be seen, and tube type could be formed on the matrix. The karyotypes of HUVEC-T1 cells of different generations are normal and stable (P12, P13, P19, P38), and tumorigenic (P9 and P33) in nude mice.
