HECV Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells

The cells are from white human umbilical cord, female. This cell was collected by Dr. G. Di Domenico of Italy. HECV cells are reliable models of hepatic steatosis and endothelial dysfunction. In order to maintain the unique characteristics of endothelial cells, it is recommended to use the matching endothelial cell culture medium (P1001) for culture.

Morphology: epithelial-like, adherent growth

Medium Formulation:

ECGM endothelial cell culture medium (P1001)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
