MLE-12 Mouse Lung Epithelial Cells

They were taken from the lung tissue of normal mice. It passed the mycoplasma free test in this library. (1) Produce, secrete and reuse pulmonary surfactant. (2) It contains Na+- K+- ATPase and Na+channel, and regulates lung Na+transmission. (3) It maintains the stable balance of the internal environment of lung fluid.
