Neuro-2a Mouse Brain Neuroma Cells

Neuro-2A was established by R.J. Klebe and F.H. Ruddle through spontaneous tumor of strain A white mice. It was taken from strain A mice, and the tumor mouse C1300 was purchased from Jackson Laboratory. This cell produces a large number of microtubule proteins, which play a role in the contraction system in response to the axial plasma flow in nerve cells. The detection of mouse pox virus was negative. It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.

90% MEM(MD0300)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)

Complete medium: MEM complete medium (article number: MD0301)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
