IMR-90 Human Embryo Lung Fibroblasts

Taken from a 16-week female fetus, the characteristics of the cell line such as its division potential and virus susceptibility have been thoroughly studied and can be used as a substitute for WI-38 and other standard human lung cell lines. It is reported that these cells can multiply 58 times before aging begins.. It was identified as free of mycoplasma/STR and put into storage.

90% MEM (MD0300)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)++G/A (SD0038)

Complete medium: MEM complete medium (article number: MD0301)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
