NE-4C Mouse Neural Stem Cells

The cells were derived from the brain vesicles of mouse embryos on the 9th day after p53 gene knockout. It is reported that retinoic acid can induce NE-4C cell line to differentiate into neurons and astrocytes. When implanted into the forebrain of adult, newborn and fetal mice or into the middle and forebrain vesicles of early chicken embryos, neurons with morphological differentiation can develop. It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.

Medium and Culture Conditions

90% MEM (MD0300)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+NEAA+sodium pyruvate (SD0008)+L-glutamine (SD0007)+1% GA (SD0038)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)

Please note: 1. Before cell resuscitation and passage, lay 15 in the culture dish (culture bottle) at least 2 hours in advance μ G/ml poly-L-lysine (Sigma Cat # P-9155). 2. When digesting cells, use 0.05% (w/v) Trypsin-0.53 mM EDTA solution.
