P815 Mouse Mast Cell Tumor Cells

Mouse mast cell tumor cell P815. The cell growth could not be inhibited by dextran sulfate, LPS or PPD. The detection showed that the mouse pox virus (ECTV) was negative. Each batch passed the detection of mycoplasma in this library, and the result was negative. The results of STR identification of the cell were as follows: ① The STR typing results of the cell DNA of the strain showed that the amplified map was clear and the typing results were good: 18-3:17,18; 9-2：14.3； 6-7：12,13； 5-5：12,13,14； X-1：27.3； 15-3：21.3； 12-1：15.3，16.3； 6-4：17.3； CSF1PO: none; VWA: none; 4-2：18.3； Jarid1：X，X。 ② The cell line is indeed a mouse cell without human cell contamination.
