NIH/3T3 [NIH-3T3] Mouse Embryonic Cells

NIH/3T3 is a fibroblast cell line established from the embryos of mouse NIH/Swiss strain. This cell is easy to transfect and is very sensitive to the formation of sarcoma virus transformation foci and the proliferation of leukemia virus. It is reported that the detection result of mouse pox virus (ECTV) is negative. The results of STR identification of the cell were as follows: ① The STR typing results of the cell DNA of the strain showed that the amplified map was clear and the typing results were good: 18-3:17,19; 9-2：14.3,15.3； 6-7：12； 5-5：14,15； X-1：24.3； 15-3：20.3； 12-1：19.3； 6-4：15.3； CSF1PO: none; VWA: none; 4-2：17.3,18.3； Jarid1：X，Y。② The cell line is indeed a mouse cell without human cell contamination. From the point of view of multiple alleles, there is no other miscellaneous cell pollution.
