WEHI-231 [WEHI 231] Mouse B-lymphocyte Tumor

WEHI-231 cells can secrete IgM into the medium only after the induction of lipopolysaccharide (0.01-3mcg/ml). The detection showed that the limb bone malformation virus (mouse pox) was negative.
