RAW 264.7 Mouse Monocyte Macrophage Leukemia Cells

The cell line was constructed from tumor tissue induced by Abelson mouse leukemia virus, and is one of the most commonly used inflammatory cell models in scientific research. This cell is easy to proliferate, highly efficient in DNA transfection, and sensitive to RNA interference. It is often used to transfect host cells and replicate murine norovirus. The sIg -, Ia - and Thy-1.2 antigens on the cell surface were negative. It is reported that after the establishment of the cell line, it has no secretion and no virus particles can be detected, and the XC spot formation test is negative. It can decompose sheep red blood cells and tumor target cells in an antibody-dependent manner. LPS or PPD treatment can induce the decomposition of red blood cells after 2 days, but has no effect on tumor target cells. The test showed that the mouse pox virus was negative. Each batch passed the detection of mycoplasma in this library, and the result was negative.
