MRC-5 Human Embryonic Lung Cells

The MRC-5 cell line is from the normal lung tissue of Frank Williams 14-week-old male fetus. The cell can be subcultured 42 to 46 times before aging. It is a normal diploid cell line, 46, XY karyotype. The number of model chromosomes is 46, and the probability is 70%.
