ECGS Endothelial Cell Growth Factor

Endothelial cell growth factor was optimized by more than 10 kinds of vascular endothelial cells and endothelial cell lines in the laboratory. It was mainly composed of endothelial cell growth medium lacking endothelial cell growth supplements (ECGS, bovine hypothalamus extract), insulin growth factor and vascular endothelial growth factor. A proper amount of VEGF and heparin is a protein that can promote endothelial angiogenesis, but will affect the transfection of potential cells. So we added 1ng/ml of VEGF to meet the needs of cell growth. At the same time, most of them can be metabolized by cells in the process of cell growth, providing an environment for cell transfection. Using our ECGM to culture cells will not cause cell deformation.
