SU-DHL-4 Human B Lymphoma Cells

The cell line was established in 1976 and was derived from peritoneal exudates of a 38-year-old white male. The cell line has chromosome 14 and 18 translocation. There is a major rearrangement in BCL-2 gene. The cell line was negative for Candida intake. Some data showed that the cell was negative for Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). It was identified as free of mycoplasma/STR and put into storage.

Reference generation ratio: 1:2-1:6

Reference generation cycle: 3-6 days

Reference fluid change frequency: 2-4 days

Cell state: suspended growth

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

The recommended inoculation density is 100000 to 200000/ml, and the recommended passage density is 800000 to 1 million/ml.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
