HMy2.CIR Human B Lymphoblasts

Rapid growth mutant HMy. 2 B of ARH-77 cell line γ The HMy2. CIR cell line was obtained by selecting the cells with HLA type I antigen expression loss after irradiation. This cell line does not express HLA A and B site products, but expresses a small amount of HLA Cw4. This cell line is suitable to be used as the transfection host of type I major histocompatibility antigen gene. It is reported that ARH-77 cell line is EBNA+and EBVCA+. Since the Hmy2.CIR cell line originated from the fast-growing mutant HMy. 2B of ARH-77 cell line, it is presumed that it is also EBNA+. It was identified as free of mycoplasma/STR and put into storage.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
