BG01V Human Embryonic Stem Cells

BG01V is a human embryonic stem cell line with abnormal karyotype. Although there are abnormal karyotypes (49, XXY,+12,+17), when growing on the mouse embryo feeder layer (MEFs), these clones still show uniform morphology, can predict the growth rate, and are easy to maintain in culture. It is reported that the pluripotent marker and alkaline phosphatase activity of cells are positive. The feeding layer used by our library is CF-1 MEF (SCSP-105C, SCSP-105R or SCSP-110R). It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.
