The cell line is derived from the skin tissue of a male embryo. It was established by Kunming Cell Bank of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2005. It was identified as free of mycoplasma/STR and put into storage.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
