Hcc1806 Human Breast Cancer Cell

The material was taken from a 60 year old female patient, black, who had no family history of breast cancer. The primary acantholysis squamous cell carcinoma HCC1806 breast cancer cell line was established on July 31, 1995. After 10 months of establishment, the tumor was classified as TNM Ⅱ b, Grade 2. The acantholysis squamous cell carcinoma with lung metastasis had no lymph node metastasis, and the cell differentiation was poor. Her2neu and p53 were negative. HCC1806 was positive for epidermal cell-specific markers, epidermal glycoprotein 2 (EGP2) and cytokeratin 19. The expression of estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) was negative. These cells are homozygous cells with FHIT gene deletion at 3p14.2.
