Background:

This complete medium is formulated with 10% serum. Kit consists of 500mL Cell Systems Medium, 10mL CultureBoost-R™(containing human recombinant growth factors) and 10mL Attachment Factor™.

The base contains 10% serum additives. The kit consists of 500mL basic medium and 10mL CultureBoost-R ™ Human recombinant growth factor (including human recombinant growth factor) and 10mL Attachment Factor ™ Coating fluid form。

Add 10% serum to the medium. The kit consists of 500mL cell basic culture medium (4Z0-500-R),10mL CultureBoost-R ™ Human recombinant growth factor and 10ml attachment factor ™ Coating fluid.CultureBoost-R ™ The culture medium can be used after the growth factor is added to the base, and 4Z0-500-R is certified for experimental application.

No hormone is added to the medium

The medium does not contain antibiotics; However, bacoff ® (4Z0-643) is the recommended antibiotic for all cell systems culture media. bacoff ® The concentration is 2 µ g/mL for the prevention of gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms.

Medium contains no phenol red. Phenol red in cell culture medium binds to receptors on cell surfaces and causes the cell to respond as though pharmacologic levels of estrogen and/or inflammatory mediators (such as prostaglandin or thromboxane A2) are present in the medium. We exclude this unnecessary additive in order to optimize experimental conditions for researchers.

Use with Attachment Factor™

For best results, use Cell Systems Medium in conjunction with cell culture vessels coated with Attachment Factor™ extracellular matrix reagent. See the Attachment Factor™ protocol.

Transportation:

Cell systems medium can be transported at ambient temperature. If the medium is not used within 30 days and has been supplemented with additives, it is recommended to sub-pack and freeze it at (2 - 8 ° C) ℃, and use it within 30 days. Otherwise, refrigerate the medium and supplement immediately. Once the supplement or the culture medium kit of any ingredient is unsealed, it is recommended to refrigerate (2 - 8 ° C) and use it within 30 days for the best effect.
