H157 Human Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma Cells

It was established by squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of buccal mucosa (20 mm-40 mm) in an 84-year-old male patient. STNMP stage II, well differentiated, lymph node positive tumor. Mutant p53, codon 306, exon 8, G to A; Wild type K -, N - and Ha-ras. Subcutaneous injection and oral floor injection (in situ) did not cause tumor in nude mice, but formed epidermoid cyst subcutaneously.
