GC-2 Spd (ts) Mouse Spermatocyte

The cell line was obtained from male mice and successfully established by SV40 large T antigen transfection. The cells were screened with G-418 and cultured for 6 months. The single cell was diluted and cloned for 3 times. No clone proliferation was observed in soft agar culture, and the cell line can be used for spermatogenesis research, and was identified and stored without mycoplasma.

DMEM high sugar (MD0100)+10% FBS (SD0200)+1% G/A (SD0038)

DMEM high sugar complete medium (MD0101)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
