Products Description
COC1 cell line was established in 1993 (Xiong Shigang, etc.). The cells were first subcultured from the primary culture to the 17th day, and then subcultured repeatedly, with stable biological characteristics. It can express a variety of tumor markers, wild type P53 protein and mutant type P53 protein. Nude mice were inoculated to produce poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma.
Morphology: lymphoblast-like, suspended growth
Medium Formulation:
90% 1640 (MD0200)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)
Complete medium: 1640 complete medium (MD0201)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
