DKO-AG-haESC Mouse allogenic haploid embryonic stem cells

DKO-AG-haESC was established as H19-DMR and IG-DMR double deletion created by Crispr-Cas9。 Cas9 and SgRNA transliteration cells, after screening and testing, showed that the genome of this cell did not integrate Cas9. These cells need to be regularly sorted and enriched haploid cells by flow spectrum; see the "Cell Specification" for details. Each batch passed mycoplasma testing in the database and was negative.
