STEMCult ™ IPS cell culture medium without feeder layer, from basic, KOSR-SerumReplacer ™ It is composed of cell growth factors. The medium contains a variety of small molecular inhibitors such as ROCK, VPA, BMP4, etc. The growth factors are added with lif, FGF, etc., to obtain more consistent human pluripotent stem cells (hPSC/ES) with homogeneous and undifferentiated phenotype.
STEMCult ™ Cell culture media ensures the highest quality and consistency of repeatable results in your basic research, cell therapy and experimental new drug research applications. This serum-free, complete cell culture medium is made of pre-screened raw materials to ensure consistency between batches and has robust performance in hPSC culture without feeder layer.
