STEMCult ™ IPS cell culture medium without feeder layer, from basic, KOSR-SerumReplacer ™ It is composed of cell growth factors. The medium contains a variety of small molecular inhibitors such as ROCK, VPA, BMP4, etc. The growth factors are added with lif, FGF, etc., to obtain more consistent human pluripotent stem cells (hPSC/ES) with homogeneous and undifferentiated phenotype.
