Normal IPSCs cells

The blood transfection system was established from normal women, and the peripheral blood mononuclear cells were induced into individuals by the in vitro induction method without transfection trace and trophoblast culture IPSCs cell line.

Culture media and additives/Complete Growth Medium and Culture Conditions:

Stem cell culture medium (Stem Cell, article No.: 85850)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
