Oct4-GFP（OG2-mES） Mouse embryonic stem cells expressing

This is a mouse embryonic stem cell carrying an 18 kb Oct4 promoter that drives GFP gene expression. The cell background is mouse strain C57BL/6J x C57BL/6J, which grows spherically and adheres to the wall. During culture, Kunming MEF should be used as the culture layer cells. Each batch passed mycoplasma testing in the database and was negative.
