ESF 158 Mouse embryonic stem cells

These cells originate from blastocysts of mouse ESF-158 strains. Research shows that ESF 158 can enter the germline of two donor blastocysts: FVB/NJ (FVB) and C57BL/6-Tyrc-2J (c2J). Among them, the number of hair-color chimeras produced by implanting c2J blastocysts was higher, while the number of chimeras produced by FVB blastocysts was relatively small. Each batch passed mycoplasma testing in the database and was negative.
