H19△DMR-IG△DMR-PGH-3 Mouse parthenogenetic haploid embryonic stem cells

Formerly known as DK17 1n. Oocytes from C57BL/6 mouse strains were collected, parthenogenesis was activated to establish cell lines, and H19-DMR and IG-DMR were double-knocked out using Crispr-Cas9 technology. The resulting mouse parthenogenetic haploid embryonic stem cells can be used for parthenogenesis, serving as eggs to build zygotes that produce semiclonal mice. The line-building process of embryonic stem cells is similar to traditional line-building methods. During routine culture, haploid cells should be enriched by regular flow spectrometry sorting.
