Products Description
Sperm from Oct4-EGFP transgenic male mice was injected into mature eggs of F1 females, resulting in an embryonic stem cell line formed by the inner cell cluster of female blastocysts, with a diploid karyotype. For detailed information on blastocyst acquisition, please refer to the references. The line-building process of embryonic stem cells is similar to traditional line-building methods.
