OE-mM Mouse embryonic stem cells

Sperm from Oct4-EGFP transgenic male mice was injected into mature eggs of F1 females, resulting in the internal cell cluster of male blastocysts to establish mouse embryonic stem cell lines. The karyotype is diploid. For detailed information on blastocyst acquisition, please refer to the references. The line-building process of embryonic stem cells is similar to traditional line-building methods.
