Mice-induced pluripotent stem cells induce iPS cells by transfecting MEFs carrying Oct4 promoter-driven EGFP by reprogramming transcription factors Oct4, Sox2, Klf4, and c-Myc. During cultivation, cells are fed into a feeding layer, which is ICR MEF . Frozen storage is P14 generation.
