Products Description
This immortalized cell line was constructed by SV40 large T antigen (SV40T) lentiviral transfection and can be passaged stably for a long time (> 40 passages), retaining the core phenotype and differentiation potential of porcine skeletal muscle satellite cells (PMSC).
Animal species: Pig
Source of the tissue: Primary satellite cells from porcine skeletal muscle (longissimus dorsi muscle)
Shape:梭形、纺锤形，贴壁生长，具有典型的肌卫星细胞形态
Culture medium formula:
SKMM Skeletal Muscle Cell Culture Medium (P2901)
Gas phase: Air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37℃.
Freezing conditions: Basic medium + 5% DMSO + 20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: Non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
