Permanent immortalization of human lymphatic endothelial cells

The lymphatic vessels are formed by the convergence of capillary lymphatic vessels. Their morphology and structure are similar to those of veins, but the diameters are narrower and the walls are thinner. They retain the biological characteristics of lymphatic endothelial cells while overcoming the limitations of primary cell culture.

Freezing conditions: Basic medium + 5% DMSO + 20% FBS (SD0200) 

Complete cryopreservation solution: Non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
