Mouse Melanoma Cells YUMM5.2-LUC

YUMM5.2 is a cell line with epithelial cell morphology characteristics. It was isolated from the skin of an adult male mouse with melanoma in 2015. This cell line has been genetically modified and contains mutations such as BrafV600E (wild type) and p53-/− related to humans; at the same time, it also carries the Tyrosinase:CreERT2 transgene, which can confine the recombination reaction to the range of melanocytes. In this library, through mycoplasma-free detection and labeled with firefly luciferase, it is widely used in imaging experiments of small animals.
