OrgCult™-Uterine is a specialized serum-free culture medium specifically designed for the extraction, growth, and cultivation of uterine cancer organoids. The medium mimics the hormonal and protein components required for the growth of uterine cancer organoids, as well as small and large molecule compounds similar to those in tissue growth. It does not contain direct animal-derived components, which can reduce interference from unknown substances. It is easy to cultivate, reduces the sacrifice of animals in experiments, making the experiments more intuitive and the data more accurate! 

The primary uterine cancer tissues, uterine cancer cell lines, and previously frozen uterine cancer organoids can be maintained and cultured for a long period. Class organs can be observed after 7-10 days of culture. The cultures are typically passaged every 10 days for maintenance and expansion.
