CEpGM Corneal Epithelial Cell Culture Medium

Corneal epithelial cell culture medium is a culture system developed for corneal cells. The medium contains small molecule compounds to inhibit the growth of miscellaneous cells, and proteins and vitamins required for corneal epithelial cell growth are added. The 2% low serum culture method is more suitable for the growth of corneal epithelial cells. During cell culture, the medium is spindle shaped, refractive, and has strong migration ability. To isolate and extract cells using this medium, the serum concentration needs to be increased to 5%.

Medium Formula:

Basic culture medium: 500ml (P4100), Cell growth factor (CEpGCS) 5ml (P4102), Fetal bovine serum: 10ml (SD0200), G/A: 5ml (SD0038)

Note: 100ml bottles are prepared in whole bottles without kits.
