HepG2-DDP human liver cancer drug-resistant cells

This cell line was derived from the tissues of a 15-year-old white male. The morphology is epithelial with a pattern chromosome number of 55 and is not tumourigenic in immunosuppressed mice. Passed Mycoplasma test in this library. Passed STR test in this library. The cells are a drug-resistant cell line, resistant to 22ug/ml,normal culture plus 2ug/ml of drug.
